We offer PDF transcripts, preferred format of the courts

We now provide transcripts in .pdf format. The .pdf format is increasingly the format of choice for legal documents. It’s secure and won’t be blocked by firewalls so you can email PDFs safely. The courts prefer it over other formats, such as .exe, due to its security features, device independence (can be viewed on any computer), preservation of the appearance of the original document, and archival stability.

In addition, our PDF transcripts provide document-handling conveniences such as:

• Condensed printing
• Advanced search capabilities, including multi-document search
• Hyperlinked word indices
• Hyperlinked exhibits
• Attached original ASCIIs
• Digital signatures

And for no additional charge, we provide you with an online transcript repository so you can download your transcripts whenever and wherever you need them, so you no longer have to carry hard copies with you.

Whether you call to schedule depos or use our easy online order form, you can quickly check your schedule online anytime, anywhere you have Internet access. The information in your secure online office is always current because it comes directly from our database. You will get exactly the same info whether you check online or call us.

The same is true for your current invoices and payment history -- you can check it online and get the same accurate information as if you made a call. And better than a phone call, if you want a copy of an invoice, you can download it instantly. Share case files online, download them anytime

if you want us to keep track of case files for you, we can set up a case repository for you which you can search online and download files from any place, anytime. Plus, we can give secure access to anyone you designate: support staff, co-counsels, experts, etc., so you can share files online.

In our easy-to-use online repositories you can search for documents using multiple criteria, such as depo date, case name and witness name, so you can find files quickly.

And for all your depos, we maintain a separate transcript repository. Your transcripts are always available for downloading wherever you have Internet access, so you don’t have to carry paper versions for working at home or when you travel.

Schedule a deposition faster

To schedule a depo, sign into the fields at the left side of the screen. If you do not have a user ID and password, call us to schedule your depo and we’ll give you your own user ID and password. Then you can sign in, schedule a depo and send related files, such as Notices, in one quick online transaction.

Unlike other depo schedulers, ours minimizes typing, saving you time and eliminating confusion. Our depo scheduler:

• Remembers your previous online requests so you can update an old one — for example, selecting a new date and time — to create a new request.
• Provides most option selections in drop-down lists.
• Allows multiple file attachment uploads per order.
• Automatically generates multiple requests for multiple days.
• Lets you cancel depos in a single step.
